Accessibility Statement
What we do so that this website works for everyone, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated: October 16, 2026
We want spotlytora.com to work for every visitor, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or a magnifier. This statement explains what spotlytora has done, which gaps remain and how to report a barrier.
1. Our approach
Accessibility is treated as part of building and maintaining this website, not as a separate project. Whenever a page is added or the design is changed, we check that the content can still be read with a screen reader, operated with a keyboard and enlarged in the browser. This statement covers the pages published under spotlytora.com.
2. Conformance
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The site is currently partially conformant: most content meets the guidelines, while the points listed below do not yet. Where a requirement cannot be met right away, we provide the information in another way.
3. Reporting a barrier
If you encounter a barrier on this website, or cannot obtain information that you require, please inform us by email at [email protected] or by telephone on (719) 928-2000. It helps if you identify the page, describe what happened and mention the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five working days.
4. Measures taken
The site is built from semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, one main heading per page and descriptive link texts. The main content and the navigation are marked as separate regions, and every page declares its language for screen readers. Informative images have text alternatives, decorative ones are marked as such.
Body text, links and buttons reach a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1. Because sizes are relative, zooming in or increasing the font size in the browser does not break the layout, and every part of the site can be operated with a keyboard.
5. Known limitations
Some pictures are general illustrations with a short alternative text rather than a full description.
6. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on October 16, 2026 on the basis of our own review. We checked the main page types with a keyboard, with increased zoom and with a screen reader; no external audit was commissioned. The statement is reviewed once a year and after any major change to the website.
